Advance Kicking Academy provides coaching for players, coaches and clubs. We specialise in kicking techniques but coach all areas of Australian Football (AFL), such as skills, training drills and structure, and game day systems. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran, we work with everyone. Please get in touch to maximise your full AFL potential.

We will travel to your local ground (players, coaches and clubs) or we present coaching seminars at Southbank, Melbourne (coaches and clubs). At the moment, Advance Kicking Academy is only a Victorian based program but is looking to expand in the future.

Advance Kicking Academy Founder
Aimee McDougall
Aimee is our founder, a level 2 coach and has been coaching AFL since 2014. She has coached at local, representitive, TAC/NAB (currently Coats), VFL and VFLW levels. Her values are a love of learning, passing on her knowledge to others and maximising player potential. Aimee has been studying a Bachelors of Sport Coaching and Development specialising in AFL. She is also a 2023 She Can Coach alumni.
